What cleaning product will you be using?

We used environmentally friendly cleaning chemicals and all the required chemicals are carried by our cleaners because we provide a specialised training on how and in which surface the chemicals should be used in order to reduce toxic reactions to you and your family. We can use other chemicals as well on your special request.

What is your service area?

We provide cleaning service all over metropolitan Victoria.

Do I have to be in when you are cleaning?

It’s not mandatory for you to ne  at your house during cleaning sessions as we provide all the detailed information of our cleaners who will be  coming to clean your house including police check and id details.

Is your company insured?

Our company is fully insured from one of the most reputed insurance company from Australia. We will cover any damage or spoil made by our cleaners. To be eligible to be covered on insurance you should report within 15 days of job completed after that we will not be responsible.

How do I cancel or reschedule a clean if I am sick or something comes up?

You need to inform us before 48 hrs of your scheduled date if you need to cancel and you need to call before 7 am on the same date if you are sick.  Failure of doing so need to pay $40 for that and you can reschedule the booking as per your need.

Do I have to do anything to prepare for my cleaning service?

Yes, you need to put your belongings on a safe place. And need to move your items where cleaners required to clean that area. If you are unable to do so you need to inform us before and cleaners will do it for extra charge and its your job to put your valuable item on safe place if you are unable to do so cleaners will not be responsible for it.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, we provide 100% satisfaction guarantee, you are free to post your views and opinion on social media and google review which will help us to grow our business and overcome the drawbacks.

Do I get my bond back from my agent after end of lease cleaning?

Till the date our customers is fully satisfied and get their bond back from agent after we provide the service. We do our 100% to ensure you get your bond back.
